Precautions for electric wrenches

Author:

1) Before the tool is powered on, it is necessary to check that the switch is in the OFF state before inserting it.

2) Confirm whether the on-site power supply matches the voltage required by the electric wrench, and whether there is a leakage protector connected.

3) Select a matching sleeve based on the size of the nut and install it properly.

4) Neither too high nor too low voltage should be used.

5) Do not use the simplified form as a hammer tool.

6) Do not apply force after adding a sleeve or crowbar to the hand lever.

7) The metal shell of an electric wrench needs to be reliably grounded.

8) Check the fastening of the mounting screws on the body of the electric wrench. If the screws are found to be loose, they need to be retightened immediately.

9) Check whether the handles on both sides of the hand-held electric wrench are intact and firmly installed.

10) Measures to prevent falling from heights shall be taken when working on ladders or working at heights.

11) If the workplace is located away from the power supply and it is necessary to extend the cable, it is necessary to use an extension cable with sufficient capacity and qualified installation.
