When the end face of the nut contacts the end face of the workpiece, the resistance moment rises sharply. The rotating spiral groove causes the ball to move backward with the active impact block against friction and the pressure of the working spring, causing the teeth that engage the active impact block and the driven impact block to disengage from each other. At this point, the driven impact block does not move, while the active impact block continues to move rearward. After rotating the teeth of the driven impact block, due to the action of the working spring, the active impact block moves forward instantaneously and generates an angular acceleration along the spiral groove. The active impact block collides with the driven impact block, causing a collision between the two teeth. The spiral groove then moves the ball and the active impact block back and out of engagement. This creates repeated collisions to obtain the required impact torque and tighten the nut.
If the power switch is turned to the reverse position, the nut can be screwed out. The double insulated single-phase series excitation electric wrench is equipped with two switches on the operating handle. One is a work switch, which operates the start and stop; The other is specially set to change the positive and negative rotation of the armature, and the two switches cannot be connected inversely
